The term organizational capacity describes the ability to make good use of resources and other operational inputs. It depends on numerous internal and external factors.

Financial Viability

Financial viability deals with key conditions that an organization should fulfill if it wants to be financially healthy.

External Environment

An organization´s ability to survive is influenced by factors outside the organization like its donors, competitors, beneficiaries, the macro-economy, demography, climate and culture.

Organizational Adaptability
